An MHI study can assist by determining a system’s eligibility for grant funding or principal forgiveness loans through various funding agencies for public works or public improvement projects.

From start to finish our experienced team will work with your system as a non-biased third-party surveyor to gather necessary data and will conduct mailings, survey phone calls, and even door-to-door surveys to meet the required survey response rate threshold outlined in the State of California MHI guidelines. After the study is concluded SUSP Engineering will provide a comprehensive report of its findings for both the system and funding agency.
