SUSP Engineering provides engineering and technical assistance to water and wastewater systems of various sizes from 1 to 10,000 connections throughout the state of California since 2010.
Specialized Utility Services Program, Inc. (SUSP) started as an active, fully owned subsidiary of
California Rural Water Association (CRWA) in 2010 and was incorporated in 2012. SUSP was developed initially to work with systems that needed contract operations and management but has evolved in the last fourteen years into two different divisions,
SUSP Operations and Management and SUSP Engineering.
